THE FOUNDERS
Samantha Bright
Samantha, owner & founder of Bright Property Developers, has a burning desire to bring a fresh and modern style to Blackpool and The Fylde Coast; her passion began for running serviced accommodation apartments in and around this area.
From the moment she visited Blackpool and was showed a number of rundown buildings surrounding the beautiful location, she saw huge potential and wanted to create a relaxing home-from-home lifestyle for visitors. One building at a time, she plans on making the area more appealing and enjoyable.
Samantha is a networking queen and course-junkie, with almost 10 years of experience in the industry. Her previous training includes:
⦁ 3 day course with ‘Legacy Education’ owned by Robert Kiyosaki
⦁ 3 & 7 day intensive course with ‘The Property Investment Academy’ owned and run by Steven Green
⦁ 3 day course with ‘Progressive Property’ specifically training on ‘Rent to Serviced Accommodation’ presented by Kevin Poneskis
⦁ Member of BNI networking, and regularly attends Unique Ladies, Pink Link, Progressive Property, and ASANA networking
Adam Richards
Adam is Samantha’s business & life partner who also has aspirations to improve the hospitality industry as a whole, in and around the Blackpool area, including the local properties, the food industry, and help small local business owners to grow and succeed.
His past experiences have developed his knowledge hugely in these areas, where he has managed multiple staff members in bars and restaurants, worked as a chef, and helped venues achieve more revenue through renovations and advertisement, doing much of the renovations himself with skills in electrics, plastering, windows & doors, guttering and more.
He has two personal mentors who are highly successful in the property industry and is involved with the Progressive Property Network, with 38,000 other members providing support. He has attended training on Commercial Conversions, run by Dan Eaton, and intentions to attend more training in the nearby future.
